Walkers will not be disappointed with the South West Coast Path offering a variety of superb walking.

Cyclists will appreciate The Cornish Way Cycle Route - Lands End to Bude (Sustrans NN3B) offering many traffic free stretches and a real challenge or two.

Golfers serious and not so serious will appreciate Bude Golf Club's fine greens, or the Pitch and Putt nearby.

Canal enthusiasts and fishermen will enjoy the Bude Canal which has a fascinating history. There is an active local fishing club and well stocked clean waters. Sea Fishing and diving trips are available from Bude too.

Watersports fans will feel spolit with plenty of top class surf schools available, some offer kayaking tuition too. If you are looking for a relaxing day out, why not hire a rowing boat on Bude Canal and explore all the way through to Rodds Bridge.

You will be on the margins of the Bude Marshes Nature Reserve with spectacular wild fowl sightings throughout the year.

For wet days there is are so many attractions to chose from within a short motoring distance. The Eden Project, The National Maritime Museum at Falmouth, The Big Sheep and Kilarney Springs for the younger ones (parents can have fun there too!).
